This touching scene takes place in a difficult context for the family when the dementia actor was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
In the clip shared by Ms Heming, 44, she can be seen filming with her smartphone as she sits on the carousel with her husband Bruce and their daughter Mabel, 11, just behind.
She yells “Let’s go!” as the former Hollywood actor puts his left arm in front of his daughter to protect her before he dives.

Bruce laughed and wiped a few drops from his face before softly saying to Mabel, “Careful, I think we’ll do it again.”
The scene warmed the hearts of many netizens.
“I love the way he protects her with his arm! Dad’s instincts are so cute,” one commented.
“Seeing Bruce and his family happy is the best,” said another.
