Following his WWE shot last Friday, Dexter Lumis posted a short video to Twitter as a comment of sorts on the news, while remaining fully in his NXT portrayed character.
In the video, Lumis looks at a painting and then makes his usual thumb gesture.
Without words, as always
As can be seen below, the painting is the drawing of Vince McMahon sitting in his office which we know has a giant T-Rex skull hanging on the wall.
It is believed that Dexter Lumis painted the portrait himself. In fact, during his time at NXT, he often used caricatures and hand-painted portraits to communicate or send messages to his opponents. The only time Lumis said a word was when she said “yes” to Indi Hartwell during their wedding (just storylines, of course) in the opening episode of NXT 2.0.
Dexter Lumis tagged Vince McMahon, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and WWE in his farewell tweet.
In addition to Lumis, WWE released Malcolm Bivens, Dakota Kai, Harland, Persia Pirotta, Raelyn Divine, Draco Anthony, Vish Kanya, Mila Malani and Blair Baldwin on Friday.
