“I remember the first time I heard the production of @DrDre. It gave me clear direction on the level of producer I wanted to be,” gushed the three-time Grammy winner – who has 43.3 million social media followers – on Tuesday.

“Last night I had the opportunity to work with this man and see his genius as he coached me through singing. He reminded me of myself but with a different style and much more focused. I need to focus LOL!

“But it was a great experience and I thank God for that. I hope that one day you will have the same experience with someone you always looked up to as a hero.”

The hip-hop legends’ collaboration received rave reviews from rapper-producers French Montana, Mike WiLL Made-It, Felix da Housecat, as well as ’90s supermodel Naomi Campbell, actor Omar Epps and Black-ish creator Kenya Barris.

The reason for Diddy and the seven-time Grammy winner’s previous estrangement was detailed in Tripp Mickle’s book, After Steve, which was released May 3.

Back in May 2014, Tyrese Gibson posted a drunk Facebook video revealing that Apple was about to take over the Beats brand from Dr. Dre for $3.2 billion before the deal was finalized and without the tech giant’s permission.

The “Gota Move On” hitmaker saw the Facebook video and called Beats co-founder Jimmy Iovine, which led to Apple CEO Tim Cook renegotiating the headphone deal to between $3 million and $200 million less.
