He previously reached a settlement in a lawsuit brought by his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, after just one day, but the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

The agreement was made possible by the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law that expired Thursday.

The law, which went into effect on November 24, 2022, allows adult survivors of sexual abuse to file a lawsuit for one year, regardless of whether the statute of limitations on their claim has already expired.

In her lawsuit, Jane Doe claims she met Diddy and Hall at an Uptown Records party held at the company’s offices in New York and hosted by its distributor, MCA Records.

“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and helpful with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” the filing states.

As the party neared its end, Diddy and Hall allegedly invited the woman and her friend over to Hall to continue the celebration.

“While Jane Doe was at Hall’s apartment, she was offered additional drinks and forced to have sex with Combs,” the lawsuit states. “After Combs completed his business, Jane Doe lay in bed shocked and traumatized. While she was getting dressed, Hall stormed into the room, held her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.

The woman then claims she quickly dressed and rushed out of Hall’s house.

In the lawsuit, she claims she later contacted her friend, who told her she was “forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”

“According to information and belief, Combs and Hall transitioned when he was done with Jane Doe,” the filing says.

But the woman’s alleged problems with Diddy weren’t over yet. She claims that a few days after the alleged rape, he came to the house where she was staying with her friend and then attacked her.

“He became angry and began attacking and choking Jane Doe until she passed out,” the lawsuit says. “Combs was looking for Jane Doe’s girlfriend because he was afraid that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

In addition to Combs and Hall, the woman is also suing MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records.
