Difficulties for Reinbacher

David Reinbacher had a rather difficult game on Saturday afternoon, similar to the season of his club in Switzerland, HC Kloten, which lost 2:5 against the Langnau Tigers.

The Montreal Canadiens’ young player committed a number of turnovers, including a particularly stupid one that allowed the opposing team to score into an empty net at the end of the game.

He finished the game at -1 with a game time of 19 minutes and 29 seconds. Former Canadiens defenseman Nathan Beaulieu was the most sought-after player on Kloten’s side, spending almost 24 minutes on the rink.

In seven games so far this season in the Swiss league, Reinbacher has only scored one goal (into an empty net) and no assists. The Austrian returned to action on November 3 after a three-week absence due to an upper body injury.

With just seven wins in 23 games this season, Kloten is in second-to-last place in the Swiss league (13th out of 14).
