But Gil Pender (Owen Wilson), an aspiring writer looking for inspiration, gets this incredible chance thanks to a journey back in time to the City of Light. Reliving the Belle Époque has to be capitalized on… It’s not Woody Allen’s best film, but the imagination is gripping.
