Volodymyr Zelensky accuses Russia of genocide. The Belarusian opposition fears rapprochement with Russia. Exiled Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya called on world leaders on Tuesday not to forget her country. She fears that diplomatically isolated Belarus could become a “consolation prize” for Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the war in Ukraine.
