Galvão Bueno switched hotels in the closing stages of the 2022 World Cup coverage. Daily rates inflated by the World Cup in Qatar reach R$238,000 in the “Royal Suite” between December 12th and 18th (final week of the tournament). During this period, the hotel blocks reservations for a minimum of four nights in all options offered. The same suite, the best in the hotel, can be booked for R$54,000 in January next year.

During the 12th and 18th, daily rates for even the most basic suites start at 16,800 riyals (about R$24,000 at current prices). In January 2023 it is possible to stay in the luxury hotel for a single night from BRL 1,500. Longer bookings deserve proportional discounts.
