The Russian oligarch has been cited 367,995 times. “It is extremely rare that a foreign personality is on the podium,” analyze our colleagues. Jean-Luc Mélenchon landed at the foot of the podium (268,327 mentions) and was closely followed by Élisabeth Borne (223,681 mentions).
