Dismembered body found in German apartment

Two men are said to have killed and dismembered a man. The police received a tip.

Police in Greifswald, Germany (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), arrested two men who allegedly killed and then dismembered a man. After receiving a tip about the crime, officers drove to the specified apartment on Saturday night and discovered body parts there, police said on Sunday. One of the crime suspects was arrested immediately, the second managed to escape, but handed himself in on Sunday.

The precise circumstances and motives of the crime, as well as the question of the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim are the subject of the investigations that have been initiated.
