LONDON – Prime Minister’s Conservative MP Boris Johnson has resigned from the Home Office over the Partygate scandal surrounding illegal Downing Street lockdown celebrations. Paul Holmes said on Friday that he was “shocked and upset” by the revelations in the investigative report released on Wednesday and condemned the “deep mistrust” and “poisoned culture” in the government.
