Recently, fans were alarmed when unexpected news hit the web: Netflix was about to lose its original programming based on some famous Marvel characters such as Daredevil, Jessica Jones and the Punisher. They can no longer be broadcast on the service on which they came to this world; instead, viewers will have to upgrade to Disney+ to watch any of the series.
Netflix’s Defender universe was once its pride and joy, even with some critical setbacks it caused, like Iron Fist. Many fans have argued that Daredevil is one of the best live-action Marvel footage in existence.

Now that the various series are available on Disney+, viewers have noticed a small but significant change: New versions of the show have removed all references to Netflix from their iconic title sequences.
Netflix name removed
In the original opening credits for products distributed by Netflix, the service’s logo could be seen as clearly as day in the opening credits. Now that their 6 Marvel shows have been moved to Disney+, that Netflix branding has been removed.
While the transition is for the most part natural, like the updated credits for Daredevil below, there is one instance where the new change is ridiculously obvious.

Daredevil
As Reddit user 4ar0n noted, in the 1st episode of the 2nd season of Jessica Jones, where “Netflix Original Series” the image that used to be, the white scribbles under it still remain, making it clear that something has been removed.
In other episodes of the Krysten Ritter-directed series, these white scribbles were erased; this is the only batch in which it has been retained.

New Marvel Shows from Disney+
Little hiccups like this are always fun to catch. Fans should get a kick out of this now, as it will probably be fixed pretty soon when people at Disney eventually notice its bug.
Some were concerned that the transfer of the show to the Disney service, which is usually focused on family vacations, would be censored in some way. Fortunately, this did not happen, and only the company’s slogans were adjusted.

It’s hard to believe how Netflix could actually lose the rights to stream shows that were originally their production. It feels like Disney+ is stealing them, despite the fact that it’s all perfectly legal and by the rules.
Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders and The Punisher are now available to stream on Disney+.
