When she was very young, Kamille Caron watched Beauty and the Beast longed to become a princess. At 21, the skater from Quebec is finally making her dream come true thanks to the tour All heroes from Disney on Ice.
“Many skaters dream of making it to the Olympics. For me, it was always about doing a show like the one Disney on Ice offers,” says Kamille Caron on the phone.
She was very young – just 18 months old – when she first put her feet on the ice. And when she was old enough to put on skates, she knew she had found her passion. But she never imagined that one day she would meet her childhood heroines at the ice rink.
But that’s exactly what the young 21-year-old figure skater has been doing for several months with All Heroes, Disney’s major production on ice. After being presented from Puerto Rico to Detroit to Charlotte to Nashville, the show will take place at the Bell Center starting Thursday.
Performances alternate between French and the original English version.

Mickey and Co
There, young and old will find Mickey and his gang alongside a handful of Disney princesses. The characters from the films Frozen, Moana and Encanto: The Fantastic Madrigal Family will take turns on the ice to review – in a condensed form – their respective stories. Of course we then hear the songs Liberated, Delivered, The Blue Light and Let’s not talk about Bruno, immortal from the films.
During the show, Kamille Caron will take on various roles within the troupe. In certain performances she also plays the role of Mirabel Madrigal, a character that allows her to feel the gaze of the youngest people on her.
“The feeling of seeing the sparkle in the children’s eyes… it’s indescribable. The adrenaline it offers goes beyond that of competitions,” she breathes.
On tour
Once the Montreal performances are over, Kamille Caron and the Disney on Ice troupe will travel to Georgia, then Alabama and Los Angeles. In total, more than 25 American cities will be visited by April, when the Quebecois treaty expires.
She still has high hopes that it will be renewed for further dates in America and perhaps even abroad.
“This type of show is often presented in Europe or Asia. And since I like to travel, I’m very interested in touring life. I’m also starting to learn how to do aerial stunts, so I’d like to continue and be able to incorporate that knowledge into shows. “I’m confident about the future,” she says.
