The great legal battle that lasted four years over the legacy of Gugu Liberato (19592019) has reminded the Internet of one of the great rumors that affected the communicator’s career. The viewer animator’s legacy is one of the greatest ever accumulated in Brazilian television. If legally recognized as a widow, Rose will be entitled to part of Gugu’s inheritance it was not included in the will he signed in 2011.

If the stable marriage is recognized, Rose becomes heir and is entitled to half of the inheritance. The other 50% is compulsorily passed on to the three children João, Sofia and Marina. Aparecida Liberato and André Liberato, the presenter’s sister and nephew, also chose not to speak during the threehour hearing.
Rose Miriam has been fighting in court since 2020 to have her stable relationship recognized with Gugu Liberato, who died on November 22, 2019 at the age of 60 after falling from the roof of her home in Orlando, USA. He was brain dead. The former SBT contractor left behind television studios, gas stations, land, commercial buildings and countless other properties.
