A pastor in North Carolina, US, was arrested after he allegedly tried to push his wife's colleague's head into the fryer at the McDonald's where she worked.
The suspect's wife was training to be a “manager” at McDonald's, but her colleagues were disrespectful to her, CBS News reported.
After listening to his wife's complaints, the pastor's husband decided to remedy the situation himself by going there.
According to the police report, 57-year-old Dwayne Waden then pushed a cook's head toward the fryer and then punched him in the face. The defendant was then stopped by other employees.
The victim suffered a “large bruise on his forehead and right eye as well as scratches on his neck,” it said in detail.
Thanks to surveillance video, police were able to arrest Mr. Waden, who was later released on $1,000 bail.
The apprentice manager no longer works at the facility, the brand confirmed to CBS News.
