The former Home and Away actress, 40, revealed during a question and answer session on Instagram that she eats healthy “70 percent of the time.”

“I try to eat well, exercise and generally be healthier 70 percent of the time, but will always leave 30 percent to enjoy life,” Pia replied.

Pia, who is married to millionaire Patrick Whitesell, also previously revealed her three tricks for looking natural and recommended plenty of exercise and sleep.
The actress answered a fan's question when she said her top three tips are “sleep, sweat and lymphatic drainage.”
She added that she would like to achieve “drainage of the lymphatic system” with a fascia blaster.
The Chilean-born Australian star shared photos of herself in a sauna using the fascia blaster on her face.

A fascia blaster is a wand-shaped massager that is rubbed against the skin to repair the connective tissue (fascia) that causes cellulite.
