Brazil's most popular group finally came to the big screen with Turma da Mônica Jovem Reflexos do Medo. The film is an adaptation of the comics first published in 2008 and, in addition to Mônica (Sophia Valverde), Cebola (Xande Valois), Magali (Bianca Paiva) and Cascão (Theo Salomão), also had the opportunity to insert Mauricio de Sousa's latest film, Milena , played here by Carol Roberto, as well as exploring more complex and diverse themes from classic comics.
Classic characters join the new gang
Those who have followed the stories of Turma da Mônica Jovem already know that the horror, science fiction and fantasy genres have been the guiding principles for Mauricio de Sousa's recent adventures.

And although he wasn't on screen, another classic character played an important role in helping Turma da Mônica solve the film's new mystery: Feitoso Araújo, Cascão's uncle.
As the gang tries to discover the identity of the person responsible for leaving all of their friends catatonic, Cascão has a lead on the house of his uncle, who has been missing for several years.
Who is Feitoso in Turma da Mônica Jovem Reflexos do Medo?
Feitoso Araújo, who has always been interested in comics and everything from the world of fiction, had already solved the case that happened a few years ago in Limoeiro, leaving clues and signs in his old comic books. Although Cascão was hesitant to talk about his favorite uncle's past, he never doubted his eldest.
Feitoso may not have been seen in the first feature film, but everything points to his presence being confirmed in the sequel Reflexos do Medo.
In a postcredits scene, Cascão finds himself in his uncle's basement. After a sudden flash, he screams and is extremely surprised. The scene could have been missed, but since a cloud of flies is seen at the end of the film, the matter couldn't be clearer.
In addition to being known as Feitoso Araújo, Cascão's uncle is none other than Captain Feio, also known as Poeira Negra in Turma da Mônica Jovem, one of the villains who appear in the first issue of the manga and who has the desire to transform him Turning the world into a dirtier place.
