This story is about a somewhat unusual friendship: a dog and a dolphin. The two are already very successful on social media, but recently a joint video shows the animals happily swimming and playing in the sea. The information was shared by the portal Republic World.
Zyzz the dog and Jojo the dolphin already have thousands of followers on their profiles, and when they shared moments together in the sea, the video quickly went viral.
“Every time this dog, Zyzz, sees his favorite wild dolphin, Jojo, he jumps out of the boat to play with him,” the pair said in a post.
The owner of Zyzz, who rents boats in the Turks and Caicos Islands, said he didn’t have to teach the dog to jump in the water, of course he did it once and then it became his favorite hobby.
According to him, all you have to do is order Zyzz to jump in the water, which he does quickly.
He also said that Zyzz is always on the tours and is sort of a mandatory crew member on the boats.
On these island tours, there is a family of dolphins in the ocean who like to play when Zyzz swims, and that’s how their friendship started.
In another shared video, it is written that Jojo is friendlier to humans than to dolphins.
“Jojo loves to play with people and that he’s the ‘best dolphin ever,'” said Zyzz’s owner, adding that the two seemed to like each other very much and started swimming together.
Many fans liked the post and commented on many funny things. One person commented, “These two make my day thanks for sharing!!” wrote.
A local resident shared a little more about the dolphin:
“I never get tired of watching these two and I’m so happy that Jojo is still with us. It’s a blessing to be this old, every day is a gift.”
A tourist who was there expressed a special request: “We are in Turks and Caicos right now and want to meet Zyzz”.
