Dancing On Ice’s Darren Harriott has detailed his list of horrific injuries he sustained at rehearsals.
The 34-year-old comedian will hit the rink for the first time on Sunday night when the second batch of six celebrities compete – and by the sound of it the wars are already behind him.
Darren, who showed up at the Capital XTRA Breakfast, revealed he had to be taped together after his arm was cut open by the blade of his partner Tippy Packard’s skates on Monday.

To reveal the extent of the injuries he has had since training began, Darren added that he has a “protruding hip bone” and also whiplash.
When asked by Shayna Marie what his biggest fear was, Darren replied, “My biggest fear, I don’t really have it anymore, all my fears are kind of gone now because I’ve fallen on the ice countless times, me.” got whiplash, yesterday I cut my arm open with my partner’s blade, they had to tape my forearm together.
“What other fears are there! Maybe I fall through the ice? That’s all that’s left. Whiplash, there’s a bit of bone sticking out here.”

Darren showed off his bandaged arm on Instagram earlier this week, revealing he sustained the nasty injury while practicing a lift.
The comic revealed that he only realized he was injured after seeing blood spurting from his arm onto the rink.

He wrote: “Tippy’s blade cut my arm open during a lift…we think. We don’t even know how it happened. I didn’t feel it… we just saw the blood lol.’
The comic added, “Still all good for Sunday!”
Darren will hit the rink for the first time this Sunday, where the second group of the remaining six celebrities will do their best not to get caught in the dreaded skate – where they meet Ekin-Su.

Ekin-Su was stunned as she landed in her skates and turned to speak to her dance partner Brendyn, while her boyfriend Davide was equally unhappy while watching from the audience.
The TV star recreated her infamous villa crawl during the routine, which host Holly Willoughby called the show’s “sexiest skate ever”.

Ekin-Su also faced backlash when viewers complained about her racy costume, with one claiming it was “not appropriate” before the watershed.
The Love Island star admitted she was “sad” at the news as presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly questioned her about the outcome and tried to reassure her.
“I’m just sad, but, you know. I was also very ill and I know that’s not an excuse, but I just got up and yes,” Ekin-Su said.
