A young woman in her 20s was hospitalized in Longueuil on Tuesday night after being seriously injured by her spouse. He was arrested and released pending his appearance.

The attacker, her husband, in his mid-40s, was arrested by SPAL agents on a street corner, Agent Voutsinos explains. He was hit and then released with a promise to appear.
