Dominique Fishback put on a stunning show as she arrived on CBS Mornings in NYC on Monday to promote her upcoming film Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts.
The BAFTA-nominated actress, 32, who recently starred alongside singers Billie Eilish and Chloe Bailey in Amazon’s thriller Swarm, smiled broadly as she made her way to CBS Studios in the Big Apple.
The beauty drew everyone’s attention wearing a sleeveless orange dress with a fitted bodice and a full skirt that ended just above her ankles.
For a little contrast to the look, the Judas And The Black Messiah star slipped on a pair of closed-toe white heels.
Her brunette tresses were parted in the middle and cascaded effortlessly over her shoulders in elegant curls.

The actress opted to keep her accessories minimal for the outing so the dress took center stage, adding a dainty pair of rhinestone earrings.
Dominique caught up with an interview on CBS Mornings to discuss her upcoming action movie, Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts, which is slated to hit theaters next month on June 9th.
Other stars cast alongside Fishback in the franchise episode include Anthony Ramos, as well as Peter Cullen, who voiced Optimus Prime, and SNL graduate student Pete Davidson, who voiced the Autobot called Mirage.
In the film, which is a sequel to Bumblebee (2018), the star takes on the role of an intern archaeologist and talks about being part of the Transformers universe.
“I feel like I’ve always wanted to be an actress, and when I watch TV I’m like, ‘I want to do something like that.’ So I saw Transformers…but I never thought they would have me, that I would be the girl that was chosen.”
She continued, “There weren’t many leading actresses who looked like me who were from my homeland, so it didn’t really seem like a chance.”
“I mean, a lot of things seemed achievable, but I think with ‘Transformers’ specifically, it was like, ‘It’s going to be something like this.’ And for it to be, it’s just…” she explained, her voice trailing off during she thought about getting a role in the franchise itself.
Dominique also revealed that she had no plans to audition for a role in the action film at first. “I thought unless the opportunity was really big, because I give a lot — whether it’s an audition or if I get the part, I’m going to give it a go.”

Fishback also spoke about how she wrote “pages of notes” about her character to better prepare for the film.
“I do that a lot for all my characters.” I usually write journals about the characters. And I also said to Steven, “You know, if you like the work that I’ve done, just know that I come from the theater,” she said, referring to director Steven Caple Jr.
“So it’s really important to talk about the character, the development, and the arc of a story.” And it doesn’t change no matter the genre or medium.”
During the course of the interview, Dominique also chatted about her latest Amazon Prime Video series, created by Donald Glover, called “Swarm”.
She played the role of Andrea “Dre” in the psychological thriller, who is obsessed with a popular music artist. Other stars who starred in the show included Billie Eilish, Chloe Bailey and also Damson Idris.
“They told me Donald had a role for me, and when I came to the meeting, they told me all about the character, about Dre, and then said they wanted me to play Marissa,” which ended up being Chloe Bailey went.
“And so I went with the idea, man, I get to play Dre.” So I told my team. They said you might have to fight for it. And I said, “I mean, we’ve fought our entire lives, so it’s no different.”
The actress explained that after speaking to Donald in person, she stated that she “wanted to keep in touch.” I don’t even want to know what I’m going to do next. When I was younger and wanted to act, it wasn’t based on a genre. “I wanted to do everything that is good for me and shows versatility.”

Dominique, who was among the recipients of the Rising Stars of the Year awards at CinemaCon last April, also announced her upcoming project with Jamie Foxx.
While attending Pace University, the actress created a one-woman show in which she tackled 22 characters, and Foxx is now adapting and producing the thesis.
“It’s a one-woman show that I wrote for my senior thesis.” And then Jamie Foxx saw it and said he wanted it to be everywhere. Now he’s doing EP’s [executive producing] It. We’ll do it as a special.’
The Django Unchained star has been spending time at a rehab center in Chicago after suffering a mysterious medical emergency while filming his upcoming movie Back In Action last April in Atlanta.
