CNN, one of the major television networks in the United States, “attempted to use its immense influence – ostensibly as a ‘trusted’ news source – to defame the plaintiff to its viewers and readers in order to defeat him politically,” reads the text of the complaint filed in Florida.

“CNN’s deterrent campaign in the form of defamation and defamation of the plaintiff has only escalated in recent months as CNN fears that the plaintiff will run for president in 2024,” the same source said.
