The perpetrator’s name is Tiffany Miles, a 36-year-old woman who was arrested after landing and released on bail, reports CNN. In communications with the control tower, the pilots said the woman tried to break through the cockpit and was somehow stopped by the crew and some passengers. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), it violently loaded the cockpit door.
When questioned by police, she said she was angry that she hadn’t been served her drink. A man, startled and concerned about what was happening, got up and chased the woman, who by now had become angry. The FBI is investigating the case.
