- Set up and customize alerts related to monitoring services, including fraud alerts.
- Resolve any issues encountered while applying for credit approval due to monitoring service setup or fraud alert.
- Investigate and/or communicate with Desjardins or other information sources to understand and determine how to protect yourself from the consequences of personal data leakage at Desjardins;
- Take steps to fix identity theft.
