Doogee T20 Ultra is a new affordable tablet with Android 13, large 2.5K display and Widevine L1 certification – notebookcheck.biz

Doogee introduced the T20 Ultra, a 12-inch tablet based on Android 13. According to the company’s product listing at https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805845262403.html, the tablet has a native resolution of 2,560x 1600 (2.5K) and is therefore on par with the smaller T30 Ultra. Therefore, the pixel density of the former is lower than that of the latter, although the T20 Ultra is still respectable in this regard at 251 PPI.

In addition, the T20 Ultra is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a 6nm SoC with two ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2 GHz and a Mali G57 MP2 GPU. As a reminder, we have already tested the Helio G99 in tablets such as the Lenovo Tab P11 2022 (Gen 2), the Teclast T50 Pro and the Xiaomi Redmi Pad. Although the chipset is not necessarily the most energy efficient, the inclusion of a 10,800 mAh battery should ensure decent usage times.

Additionally, the T20 Ultra features an 8MP front camera and a 16MP rear camera, as well as four speakers and Widevine L1 certification for DRM-protected streaming in 1080p. The Doogee T20 Ultra is available to order now from AliExpress for $249.99, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. GSMArena notes that the tablet will go on sale on November 11th.
