This Morning’s doctor, Dr. Zoe Williams, has shared a glimpse into her sunny family holiday in Antigua.
The TV favourite, 43, was joined on the trip by her partner Stuart McKay and their baby son Lisbon Lion, leaving her feeling “refreshed” and ready to get back to work.
The trio stayed at St James’s Club and Villas, part of the Elite Islands Resort Group, a family-friendly all-inclusive resort with its own private beaches and six swimming pools.
Zoe took to Instagram to share her sun break with her 129,000 followers.
During her slideshow of snapshots, she praised the Caribbean island’s “beautiful, happy and relaxed” atmosphere and advised future vacationers to explore Antigua’s “hidden places.”

In addition to two spectacular beaches, the family-friendly four-star resort where Zoe stayed on the southeastern tip of Antigua has five restaurants, six swimming pools, four tennis courts, a fitness center and a cinema that shows children’s films daily
She revealed that her son Lisbon Lion’s favorite part of the vacation was “having his own private island for a day,” an excursion offered to guests of the five-star resort.
Speaking about her journey, Dr. Zoe: “I love the Caribbean and it was fantastic to return to Antigua and share it with our little one.”
“Beach, sea, wonderful food (Lisbon loved the jerk chicken), people and views, and that’s just the beginning.”
“There is so much to offer across the island.” I have been a fan of the Elite Island Resorts group since my first stay with them in 2019.
“The opportunity to return and relax at a resort that loves families and has an outstanding team has filled us with new energy and memories.”
The NHS GP, who previously appeared as Amazon on TV show Gladiators, enjoyed a catamaran trip to Green Island where he stayed for a day.
Along the way they were treated to the sight of turtles and fish in the clear blue sea as well as the corals below them.
But back at the hotel it was time to relax at the tranquil Mamora Bay and Coco Beach, the resort’s beaches, as well as the open-air spa.

Best of all, she revealed that her two-year-old son Lisbon Lion’s favorite part of the vacation was “having his own private island for a day,” an excursion offered to guests of the five-star resort
Lisbon Lion kept busy at the award-winning Kidz Club, which offers nature trails, art classes and swimming.
Located on a private 100-acre peninsula on Antigua’s southeast coast, the country club-style resort also features tennis and pickleball courts.
And Zoe was able to maintain her fitness routine by taking advantage of the resort’s fitness facilities.
Zoe and Stuart posted a photo on the porch of one of the resort’s five restaurants, which offer everything from freshly caught seafood and international cuisine to authentic, locally sourced Antiguan cuisine.
