While many fans are overjoyed with Punk’s return, one man who was reportedly not in a good mood at the end of the night is Drew McIntyre. According to PWInsider, after the main event, the former world champion stormed out of the ring and straight backstage before slamming his locker room door and immediately exiting Allstate Arena in a hoodie. The report indicated that McIntyre’s frustration was loud and obvious, leading to many conversations after the incident, but there is no clear reason why he reacted the way he did, and his exit from the ring occurred before Punk’s big entrance.
Another performer involved in the WarGames bout who was visibly upset when Survivor Series aired was Seth Rollins, who was seen taking out Punk in several fan-shot videos and by security guards and WWE commentary duo Corey Graves and Michael Cole was captured on social media.

It is unknown at this time whether or not Rollins responded to the storyline, as the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion has made his feelings towards Punk known in public forums over the years.
