Driver who hit Kayky Brito becomes an influencer
Diones da Silva Coelho, the app driver who accidentally ran over actor Kayky Brito, now has a new career. He became a digital influencer, posting on Instagram and even performing facial harmonizing procedures.
The 41yearold Diones had already expressed his desire to give up his job as an app driver. Since the accident, which occurred in the early hours of September 2 on a street in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, he has gained 182 followers and the blue verified badge on Instagram.
Today’s influencer posts motivational videos and promotes brands on social media. There is also an email for “promotional contact.” Last Thursday 16, Diones showed the results (before and after) of the aesthetic procedure she had carried out on her face and highlighted the professional responsible for the harmonization.
In October, Diones bought a new car with the money from virtual crowdfunding from Internet users. The model chosen was a black Nissan Kicks, 2024, which costs from R$ 112,000. The virtual crowdfunding aimed at helping the driver raised more than R$150,000.
