Presenter Ana Hickmann and businessman Alexandre Correa are divorcing after 23 years of marriage. The couple, who have a 7yearold son, are embroiled in court proceedings over allegations of physical and psychological aggression.
While the trial was still ongoing, the couple’s assets, also disputed in court, were leaked online and were estimated at R$28 million. According to the program Fofocalizando, in the divorce petition Alexandre mentions the value of the assets he owns jointly with Ana Hickmann, but does not indicate whether it is the net or gross amount. The businessman also requests access to his personal belongings, which are located in the family home in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the G1 portal, Alexandre Correa filed for divorce on Friday (24) after his apartment was searched by the police on Thursday (23). The businessman is under investigation for a domestic violence case against the presenter that allegedly occurred on November 11.
Ana Hickmann, in turn, applied for a protective measure against her exhusband on Wednesday (22), 11 days after she filed a police report against him. The presenter reported to the police that she had been the victim of punches, kicks and pushes from Alexandre and that she had also been insulted and threatened.
