Looking at the dishes, they actually seem to come from the best Michelin-starred restaurant and on the website we read: “There is no shortage of Chef Cracco’s iconic dishes reinterpreted in the Ligurian language: the caramelized Russian salad, the marinated egg yolk, the preboggion, the hand-prepared pansoti and the Gambero Viola from Santa Margherita Ligure.
For the latter, served on “watermelon carpaccio, garden cucumbers and wild rose”, you have to expect to pay 56 euros. what a plate rises to 58 Cappon Magro, which despite its name is not a capon, but a fish. It is a typical Ligurian dish consisting of fish and vegetables served in layers and seasoned with green sauce.

How much does an aperitif cost?
Apart from the second courses where we find a lobster for 85 euros, you can opt for the tasting menu of 10 dishes for 210 euros, but only available for the entire table. The cover price is also corresponding to the dishes (expensive): 10 euros. But then we are back in Portofino.
However, if you and your partner just want to sip a nice glass of champagne with three starters, it will cost you the “modest” sum 50 Euros. We’ll leave it up to you to decide whether it’s too expensive or overbearing.
