Ed Sheeran, NeYo and Joss Stone are the first international attractions announced for Rock in Rio 2024, an edition celebrating the festival’s 40th anniversary. The organization published the names this Monday (13), without specifying which three represent themselves.
The event will take place on September 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2024 in Cidade do Rock, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
Sales of the Rock in Rio Card, an undated ticket that can be purchased before all attractions are announced and in which the buyer then has the right to choose which day it will be valid for, begin on December 7th at 7 p.m.
Members of the Rock in Rio Club, the festival’s fundraising club, will have advance access to ticket sales starting November 30 at 7:00 p.m.
Sheeran is the first main attraction on the Mundo stage announced at Rock in Rio 2024. The Brit, winner of four Grammy awards, performed in Brazil in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
