Two of WWE’s most influential and successful superstars will face off at The Grandest Stage of Them All, while Edge and AJ Styles will face off in a potential match to steal a WrestleMania 38 show.
With a list of impressive moments long enough to compete with any WWE superstar, Edge returned to Raw to join The Road to WrestleMania and remind his Superstars colleagues of his autobiography in The Showcase of the Immortals, stating that they will wait if anyone wants to rise and be immortalized.
Enter AJ Styles.
An industry legend, Stiles has won almost every championship the world has to offer in his 24-year career, including twice as a WWE champion. And that’s who Edge wanted to face, provoking Phenomenal One with his right hand in front of The Ultimate Opportunist, albeit seemingly controversial, battered Stiles with a low punch and two ringing-in-the-ears Con-Chair-Tos.
Although they both enjoyed incredible careers that lasted more than two decades, the two Grand Slam champions shockingly never met. In fact, their first and only meeting took place at the Royal Rumble Match 2020, when The Rated-R Superstar returned to the WWE nine years later, delivering a thunderous copy of Stiles before immediately throwing him over the top rope.
What breathtaking moments await the WWE universe when these two icons meet in Dallas?
