Eduin Caz’s statements, made in the Premio Lo Nuestro press room after winning six categories with Grupo Firme, have caused a stir by dedicating his victories to Daisy Anahy, calling her his “ex-wife”.

“The truth is I would love to dedicate these awards because more than anything my ex-wife that truth was a big pillar in my life and she deserves those awards, then those awards are for her too. Thank you very much, I will always love you little girl‘ he said at the press conference.

Eduin Caz reacts and says that “they left him”

On the afternoon of this February 24th, after waking up and discovering that his name was making headlines, not only because of what he witnessed at the 35th Lo Nuestro Prize Ceremony, but also because he announced that he is separated from his mother’s children, he recorded a short message on where confirmed that “they left it”.

“If I have dedicated these awards it is because I am doing my little fight, they are a special achievement for me, I have dedicated them to them. I told her ‘I’ll always love you little girl’, well, Hue… What can I tell you, well You left me, I’m fighting my battle‘ he explains in the short video.

As he told the media, he reiterated that his children’s mother is an important part of his life: “Wouldn’t you like something cool dedicated to you…?
