The 2022 elections, marked by the heated dispute between Luís Inácio Lula da Silva and Jair Bolsonaro for the presidency, It also brought a large list of celebrities aspiring to public office.
The vast majority of them, however, were not elected to federal or state legislatures. Among the losing names on the list are figures who tried public life for the first time, such as Antonia Fontenlle and André Gonçalves, but also famous figures who were previously unsuccessfully elected to the new attempt, such as Alexandre Frota and Verônica Costa.
