It appears the couple performed the routine to celebrate Doyle’s 54th birthday on December 24th.
Elle wrote in the caption alongside the video, “Man’s primary purpose in life is to give birth to himself, to become what he may be.”

It comes after it was revealed Elle is dating American musician Doyle, who recently accompanied her to Saudi Arabia.
The new romance came after her split from disgraced ex-doctor and anti-vaccination opponent Andrew Wakefield.
In late October, Australian magazine New Idea reported that things were already getting “serious” between the couple, who have traveled the world together.
