Sydney socialite Ellie Aitken has been pictured for the first time since it was revealed she is dating Bahamas-based fund manager Mark Holowesko.
Ms Aitken’s life was turned upside down in late 2021 when her husband Charlie Aitken, a prominent investment banker, eloped with her best friend Hollie Nasser, ending two marriages in the process.
The couple confirmed their split a few months later, in May 2022.
In her first public sighting since attending a fashion show in London in November with former Foreign Secretary Julie Bishop, Ms Aitken was spotted outside her estranged husband’s home in Vaucluse, a suburb of Sydney to the east.
She had her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail, wore a “Life” t-shirt, black leggings and trainers, with a gold bracelet and diamond earrings.
Ms Aitken got out of her luxury car and went inside with a designer handbag and a plastic bag full of groceries.
It’s unclear why she was visiting her ex’s home, but the couple, who have two children together, are not believed to have reconciled.

It comes as Ms. Aitken is reportedly pursuing a romance with Mark Holowesko, the founding partner and CEO of Holowesko Partners Ltd, a leading global public company.
The two were spotted enjoying a leisurely meal at China Doll in Woolloomooloo in late March.
Mr Holowesko, a former Olympian and champion sailor, has also made frequent visits to Sydney over the past six months.
A source told the Australian Financial Review that the couple are “lovely and in love.”
Ms Aitken and Mr Holowesko have known each other for years, the insider said, but became closer last year when she set up her own fund distribution business in the Bahamas.

Ms Aitken’s marriage fell apart in late 2021 when it was revealed that her husband Charlie was having an affair with close friend Hollie Nasser.
The move caused a scandal in the densely populated eastern suburbs, especially since Hollie was not only Ellie’s best friend but also married to Charlie’s business partner, Christopher.
“The truth is that despite the support of friends and family, I have not come to terms well with the deeply hurtful lies, rumors and innuendos that have accompanied the breakdown of my relationship,” Ellie said in a statement in December of that year.
At the time, she announced that she was taking “a break from social media” and the public eye while she and her family adjust to her estranged husband’s breakup and new relationship.
“I’ve tried to put on a brave face and be in control of my emotions and well-being, even though I couldn’t control the causes of my grief,” she said.

Despite the drama, the Aitkens tried to maintain a good relationship during the split for the sake of their two children.
In May 2021, Chron Australia announced that Hollie and Charlie had quietly parted ways, noting that the public pressure was too much for them to bear.
Hollie later confirmed the news to Sunday Confidential, saying in a statement the relationship was over and she was focusing on her children.
“As far as my personal life goes, my focus is on my daughters.” [and] “I’ve decided against a relationship,” she said.

She continued to praise her estranged husband Christopher Nasser and said the two worked together to co-parent their children.
“Chris has always been a loving and devoted father. “We work together to raise our children together,” she said.
She also reflected on the spotlight being placed on their affair.
“The last nine months have been very difficult and I have apologized to my family and others involved,” she said.
