The performance came after Ellie spoke candidly about becoming a mother and admitted it has “taken over everything” in her life after welcoming son Arthur Ever Winter with husband Caspar Jopling last year.
The notoriously private singer detailed the lifestyle change speaking to Ferne Cotton ahead of an intimate performance at The Biltmore, Mayfair.
“Motherhood took over everything, it influenced everything,” she explained to Ferne.

Noting some sleepless nights, Ellie continued, “Obviously the first thing you want is just to be with your baby all the time.
“And then it’s just this whole new world of emotion and insomnia, a combination of that,” she explained.
But despite the change in tempo, the Starry Eyed singer shared that the new chapter has actually given her more inspiration for music.
“I’ve managed to write a whole bunch of songs, actually it seems to have become even more natural,” Ellie explained.
But while writing comes easily to the star, she also explained that she’s not ready to share motherhood through her music.
Ellie told Ferne, “I’m not quite at the point where I want to talk about this thing that I have with my kid, and this insane bond and connection, and with my husband.”
