“I try to exercise at least three times a week, and when I can, I do yoga on other days,” she told the publication.
“I get the kids to train with me and I give them small weights – it gets interesting for them too.”
She also said that she takes care of her mind as much as she takes care of her body.
“To build a strong body, you have to start with a strong mind,” she said. “You have to decide that you want to change something in your life.”
