The Body Coach hosted a 20-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session on Friday, and when I spoke to him, he was hooked. “I’ve never been to the festival,” he told me.
It turned out he was still keen and wasn’t asked to do the gig, but had approached the bosses himself. You’ll be relieved to hear that even Joe occasionally takes a day off and wants to relax after the festival: ‘On Monday I plan to do very little. Hopefully sleep.’

Sun-soaked Glastonbury may be unusually mud-free this year – but that didn’t stop Poppy Delevingne from donning regular Hunter wellies.
The 37-year-old model paired the boots with a blue and green crocheted mini dress by Nobody’s Child as she strolled through Worthy Farm.
She said she would dress in the Hunters before she left for Somerset and told me at Veronica Beard’s summer party that she wasn’t sure what she was going to wear, but one thing was certain: “There will be a lot of wellies .’ action.’
But unfortunately not enough to save Hunter, which filed for bankruptcy last week.

The very wealthy spent up to £24,000 on the festival’s most luxurious glamping options. But Romeo Beckham made it – by A-list standards – in one of the tipis being erected near Glastonbury’s stone circle, costing “just” £1,500 – plus festival tickets.
The 20-year-old posted a picture with his girlfriend Mia Regan, 20, while his brother Cruz, 18, and girlfriend Tana Holding were also there camping. But parents David and Victoria weren’t there to see their best friend Elton John’s headline due to work commitments.

Aristocratic musician Bo Bruce – real name Lady Catherine Anna Brudenell-Bruce – was a mummy worker at the Glasto, but that didn’t stop her from chilling and telling me how much she loved being out in the greens with me to dance [two] Children and man in the blazing sun. Bo, who left the festival in a t-shirt promoting her husband Henry Binns’ band Zero 7, also took her family to see Liela Moss perform. The 38-year-old, who took second place on The Voice in 2012, said, “I loved watching Liela commanding an entire tent but also keeping an eye on her kid, right on stage.” Inspirational Mom Boss!’
