She broke up with her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, 36, last July after finding out he had been cheating on her.
Emily filed for divorce in September and the couple are now fighting over custody of their two-year-old son Sylvester.
In March, film producer Sebastian was stalked by a slew of sexual misconduct allegations, including one that surfaced in a lawsuit over his sacking from Uncut Gems, in which he was accused of having a two-year relationship with a woman who started straight Was 17 years old in 2016.
Another incident happened while filming 2019’s Uncut Gems — and after Sebastian’s marriage to Emily — when he allegedly reached out to an 18-year-old woman via Instagram and had sex with her in the marital apartment.
The same lawsuit also alleges that he began messaging on Instagram to a 15-year-old girl who later visited him on set.
Emily has never commented on her ex-husband’s behavior and has publicly moved on. In recent months, she has been linked to a number of high-profile men, including Pete Davidson – Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend – and Brad Pitt.
She was also briefly linked to her friend Olivia Wilde’s ex-boyfriend, Harry Styles, who she spotted kissing in Japan earlier in the year.
Emily – who lives in NYC – is currently in London and attended a star-studded event at the Chiltern Firehouse.
