Eminem had an aggressive message for 49ers fans on Sunday as he cheered on the Lions, but in the end it was the home fans who cheered as San Francisco celebrated a comeback victory and advanced to the Super Bowl.

The rapper, who grew up near Detroit, was in attendance at Levi's Stadium as his team attempted to reach its first Super Bowl in franchise history.

And he was caught giving a double middle finger to San Francisco fans from his suite.

The Lions began the game with a 24-7 halftime lead, but faltered in the second half as the 49ers won 34-31.

Before the game, “Slim Shady” jokingly appealed to Detroit head coach Dan Campbell to bring him into the game.

He wore a Lions T-shirt and hat to Sunday's game.

“Yo Dan, I’ll be in touch, I’ll report back.” [in the] third quarter. “I'm reporting, offensive line, eligible receiver, I'm going to be the quarterback, the entire offensive line and the receiver, and I'm going to throw it to myself and score a touchdown in the third quarter,” he said in an Instagram video, as reported by submitted to the New York Post.

“Just give me a uniform or at least something like a helmet.” I already have a helmet, it's not the one for football. It's just a helmet. But yeah, man, I'm here bro. I’ll be there, I’ll be there that night, I’ll suit up and I’ll score the game-winning touchdown for us.”

Brock Purdy threw for 267 yards and a touchdown as the 49ers rallied from a 17-point halftime deficit.

The 49ers (14-5) scored 17 points in eight minutes of the third quarter to tie the NFC championship game. They pulled away in the fourth quarter and secured a rematch against Kansas City after losing to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl four years ago.

“We played as poorly as we could in the first half, but we were still within 17. There are a lot of points to make up,” Niners coach Kyle Shanahan said.

“The D left them out in the second half and that guy right next to me (Purdy) made it happen.”

Thanks to some great plays by Purdy and big mistakes by the Lions (14-6), including two missed fourth downs in field goal range, San Francisco completed its fourth ever comeback from a deficit of 17 or more points in a conference title game .
