Emma Willis shared some glowing, unseen pregnancy photos as she detailed what gives her confidence on Monday.
The presenter, 47, who shares Isabelle, 13, Trixie, six, and Ace, 11, with her husband Matt, said having children is “the most empowering” thing she’s ever done.
In a new interview after teaming up with Absolute Collagen for their Strong In Your Own Skin campaign, Emma revealed she lacked confidence as a child, but hopes her kids can be more confident.
Emma, who shared some photos from her pregnancies, was seen in a black bra as she proudly showed off her bump.
In the clip, uploaded to YouTube by Absolute Collagen, the TV personality beamed as she detailed how she’s feeling stronger.

She explained: “I think [having children] is the most empowering thing I’ve ever done.
“It’s something that fills you with fear and worry as it happens, but when you look back at what your body has done and what it’s creating, it just blows my mind.”
“I definitely had a lack of confidence as a kid: I was very, very shy… I think because of that, and also because sometimes as an adult I lack confidence as well.
“I’m really trying to teach my kids to face their fears and embrace life as much as they can and believe that they can achieve anything they want to achieve.”
Emma posed for another photo, showing off her incredible figure in a blue sports bra and matching leggings, as she said yoga and Pilates help her “stay in tune with her body”.
She continued, “There are many times in my life where I haven’t felt strong, but as I mature I’m really consciously trying to change that narrative within myself.
“Even though I don’t feel strong and I’m like, ‘I can’t do this, who do I think I am? it drives me to keep trying.”
Emma married Matt in 2008, adding that their wedding, along with the birth of their children, was “one of the best days” of their lives.

Hopes: She explained, “I’m really trying to teach my kids to embrace their fears and embrace life as much as possible and believe that they can achieve what they want to achieve.”
