Natalie Anderson showed off her toned abs as she braved a dip in the deep end to calm her anxiety on Tuesday.
The former Emmerdale actress, 41, posed in a patterned triangle bikini for the Instagram update as she shared the details of her experience.
She pulled her long brunette hair into a high bun and had her makeup applied for the glowing snaps.

Under the post, Natalie wrote: “Bring the snow! I dipped my toe in the cold therapy and I really loved it!
“Ok I bottled a Boxing Day dip but I’m definitely out this year for some cold water dips! You are responsible for this!
“Fear is a bummer, and if befriending the cold is bad, it’s a great way to contain it.”
Icy! Under the post, the actress wrote: “Bring the snow! I dipped my toe in the cold therapy and I really loved it!
She continued, “So this year I’m going to try to find my inner Elsa… let’s see how many cold water dips I can muster this year 2023.”
It comes after Natalie revealed she staged a surprise ceremony to renew her vows that was so secret even her husband James Shepherd didn’t know what was happening.
The Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star said the ceremony in the Maldives, which took place days before their wedding anniversary, was “everything I dreamed of”.

Talking to Hello! The magazine admitted hatching the plan with their nine-year-old son Freddie, who delivered a special letter to his father, like a scene from a romantic movie.
The letter invited Shepherd, 50, to join Anderson at the ceremony to re-promise and read: “I love you and if you would like to do the same please meet me on the beach…”.
She told the publication, “Why James didn’t know that is beyond me. It was so magical and so intimate that it was just the three of us.”
Adding: “It was absolutely perfect and everything I dreamed of.”
