Hydro-Quebec still has work to do Friday morning as 650,000 homes are still without power two days after a violent ice storm.
The state-owned company is aiming to restore a second third of affected customers by tonight.
To date, our teams have worked tirelessly to restore service to as many affected customers as possible #glitches.
