The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) responded to the scene Monday and set up a command post to gather information and help locate Jessy Duchesneau, 19, who has been missing since Saturday.

The SPVQ says it has reason to be concerned about the health and safety of the missing person.
The command post is located in a parking lot on Dorchester Street at the intersection with Caron Street. The SPVQ invites citizens who may have information to a meeting.
Jessy Duchesneau was last seen around 3 a.m. Saturday morning on Saint-Joseph Street East near the Midnight Blue bar in the Saint-Roch neighborhood.
However, according to relatives, his cell phone was located at the Palais train station around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Description
Jessy Duchesneau is 1.86 m tall and weighs 77 kg.
He has white skin and brown hair and eyes. When he was last seen, the young man was wearing a black sweater, a black and white checked shirt, a brown coat with sheepskin on the collar and sleeves, light blue trousers and a black cap.
The SPVQ is asking anyone who sees Mr. Duchesneau to call 911 for immediate intervention.
