The great playwright Enzo Moscato has died after a long illness. Enzo Moscato was born on April 20, 1948 in Naples and was a representative of the New Neapolitan Dramaturgy, the post-Eduardo dramaturgy, to which Annibale Raiuto also belonged. His most important works: Scannasurice, Single Girls with Some Experience, Tiempe spoiled, Rasoi. Winner of the most important national theater awards, including the Ubu Prize and the Agis Golden Ticket for Rasoi, a production he co-directed with Mario Martone and Toni Servillo.
Directed by Enzo Moscato theatre Mercadante from 2003 to 2006 and taught dramaturgy and playwriting there Sister Orsola Benincasa andUniversity of Fisciano from 2005 to 2010.
