The Ecr Group, European Conservatives and Reformists, is organizing its study days at the European Parliament in Warsaw at the Hotel Sofitel Victoria from yesterday to July 6th. During the three days, all delegations of the respective national parties that are part of the ECR group, as well as academics, political representatives, institutions and business, will discuss the most important current international issues that will be at the center of the political agenda of the European Union in the coming months. A meeting with the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda is planned for the first day. The group communicates it.
The two leaders of the ECR Group in the European Parliament, Ryszard Legutko and Nicola Procaccini, will launch the negotiations on Wednesday, July 5, in the presence of Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council and also of the ECR party, as well as the Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. The following working sessions are on the agenda for the afternoon: “Free and united Europe in times of global geopolitical changes” and “Fit for 55 and the energy transition: who pays?”. The session on Thursday 6 July will be devoted to the theme ‘Family at the heart of government policies’. The study days of the ECR group are not open to the public.
