Three days after undergoing emergency surgery to remove cancer in the rectum, Conrado took to social media alongside his wife Andrea Sorvetão to show off his recovery.
The 55yearold singer discovered the disease after feeling unwell during a recording. When he saw a doctor, he underwent a series of tests that revealed the problem. Doctors recommended a quick operation as the tumor turned out to be malignant.
In the publication Andrea made on her Instagram account, Conrado appeared in hospital attire but with a calmer expression on her face. “Third day of recovery. Everything is going as planned. God is good, God is too good. We never tire of thanking you for every word of true love you send us,” he wrote.
Two days ago she published another photo with Conrado: On the click she appeared hand in hand with him. “The best ‘order’ I’ve ever received: my love back. Mighty God, thank you. Let’s go to recovery! Thank you to each of you, our virtual family, for your prayers, words and praise,” the former wrote to Paquita the opportunity.
