Mayla Araújo is expelled from the Riviera Bar in the capital of São Paulo after abusing an employee

Mayla Araújo, who participated in Globo’s Big Brother Brasil 17 along with her twin sister and winner of the edition, Emily Araújo, committed embarrassing behavior at the Riviera Bar in the center of São Paulo. On November 22, the influencer was caught shouting, visibly upset, upsetting everyone in the bar with her relentless insistence on a glass of drink. After the “show,” the girl was expelled from the bar amid accusations of “homophobia.”
In the video, obtained exclusively by the column, Mayla is seen leaning over the bar counter and lecturing the establishment’s staff about an alleged glass.
“My love, I gave her the cup and she said she gave it to you, cat… Where is my cup?” he asked. He became even more excited and shouted, “Cat, where the hell is my cup?” “Where the hell is that cup?” he insisted. “Ah, it’s yours!” he exclaimed amidst laughter.
When Emily picks up the cup provided by a staff member, she tries to take it from her sister’s hand. “It’s mine, give me my glass,” he ordered Mayla, who was hesitant. “Come on. “I won’t give it away,” refuses the girl, who shortly afterwards gives the item to the twin.
In the video you can see that Mayla insists even more on giving the trophy to the employees. This is the moment when one of them briefly argues with the girl about the tireless persistence of her cause. The exBBB was then expelled from the place amid shouts of “Go away!”; “Ridiculous!”; “Homophobic! Look at the homophobic exBBB leaving. Go, get out!”; “Subcelebrity sampled,” they shouted.
The images obtained exclusively by the column do not show what led to such accusations of being homophobic. When Raphael Blaselbauer, Mayla’s lawyer, was contacted by the team, he explained that “the influencer was improperly filmed in a bar in the city of São Paulo, violating her right to image and privacy,” he began.
And that the content is “a video which, taken out of context, shows a situation in which Mayla, after being verbally attacked by a domestic worker, becomes agitated and briefly gestures to leave the place.”
The lawyer also added that “distortions, facts and conclusions cannot and should not be used with the sole purpose of damaging the image of third parties.” The influencer does not tolerate any insult, discrimination or prejudice. On the contrary, she has always led her public and private life in an ethical and honest manner, supporting the most diverse causes and minorities,” he concluded.
