Brandi Glanville has spoken openly about the physical and financial damage Caroline Manzo's sexual assault lawsuit has caused her, revealing that she has lost her job and seen her health deteriorate.
Manzo, 62, filed a lawsuit against Bravo last month alleging that production encouraged Glanville, 51, to sexually harass her during filming of the Housewives spinoff Ultimate Girls Trip in January 2023.
Glanville suffered stress-related angioedema last year as a result of the allegations, which she vehemently denies.
Now the star has revealed that the lawsuit not only led to another stress-related flare-up, but also cost her a job opportunity abroad.
On her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, she said, “I feel like I've already spent a year not working.” Now it's the new year and a lot of good things are happening. My friends found me a job abroad. I won’t say what it is… and now that the news has come out, I can’t.”

Manzo, 62, (pictured) filed a lawsuit against Bravo and Peacock over her claims that production encouraged Glanville, 51, to sexually harass her during filming of “Ultimate Girls Trip.”
When news of the lawsuit broke, the reality TV personality exclusively shared a statement with in which she insisted there was “no sexual assault.”
Manzo claimed that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum kissed her without consent and even “pressed her vagina against her back.”
While Glanville denied the allegations, he also accused Bravo in his statement of remaining silent and not uttering a “word of support.”
“It worries me so much, and I think that's why I've been having these seizures for the last week,” she told co-host James Maas and guest Vicki Gunvalson of her failing health.
“I'm all tense.” I'm a mess. My health is really in ruins.'
Glanville was treated for stress-related angioedema – a condition that causes swelling under the skin – following Manzo's initial allegations.
“I did what I could,” she continued. “I saw seven doctors and was in the hospital for a few days…”
“I thought it was fixed, and then when Caroline filed the lawsuit – my goodness, I can't even talk about it!”

Glanville then recalled how she found a way to make money when she spoke openly with Gunvalson about the power of OnlyFans.
The mother-of-two joined the popular subscription service platform in July 2023 and has now admitted it was a groundbreaking decision.
Glanville gushed: “I joined OnlyFans because I had no income and it saved my life.”
“I was so desperate at the time, and then once I started, I really feel my sexual being at 51.”
The star explained that she was glad she had less-than-perfect feet because it allowed her to make money.
“Mine have bunions and they're not good, but we got some money off my feet,” she said. “I had to do it because my face was swollen and I could only take feet pictures.”
Throughout the podcast, Gunvalson praised the star for how she handled the ongoing lawsuit, emphasizing, “You will recover.” As I said on Twitter, the truth always wins.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Manzo claims Glanville “pressed her vagina against her back” and “then mounted Manzo on the couch, pinned Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo's cheeks while sticking her tongue in Manzo's mouth.” she.'
The documents state: “The defendants, including Bravo, regularly ply Real Housewives cast members with alcohol, causing them to become highly intoxicated, and then instructing, encouraging, and/or allowing them to sexually harass other cast members , because it’s good for the ratings.”
